Location & Access

Maurice's Garden is located on the border between the village of Oostkamp and the city of Bruges.

Travelling by train
You can be met free of charge at Bruges Central Station (3 km). Just call us on the number 050 38 11 18 and we will come and pick you up.

Travelling by car 1:

At the junction of the E40 & A17-E403 motorways, follow the A17, direction Brugge-Zeebrugge.

Turn right at the first set of traffic lights. This road is called Chartreuseweg.

After 150m, turn right at the roundabout onto the Heidelbergstraat. From here you should go left, in the direction of Oostkamp.

After a further 600m, the main road bends slightly to the left, but you must take the road to the right: this is the Lijsterbeekstraat.

At the end of this road (by the railway line), turn right onto the Wilgenbroekstraat. Follow this country road until you ALMOST REACH THE BRIDGE UNDER THE RAILWAY.

Maurice's Garden is just before this railway bridge, on the right (no.64).

Travelling by car 2:

Leave the E40 motorway at junction 9, following the signs for Oostkamp.

At the roundabout, take the second exit on the right. This is the Kapellestraat.

Continue until you reach a T-junction and then turn left into the Stationsstraat.

After 100 m, you will cross a busy junction with traffic lights. Carry straight on. The church and town hall of Oostkamp are on your right. You are now in the Majoor Woodstraat.

Follow this road until you reach the next junction (without traffic lights).

From this junction, take the third turning on the right, leading into the Boudewijnlaan (this marks the end of the built-up area of Oostkamp).

The Boudewijnlaan eventually merges with the Wilgenbroekstraat (no turning).

Follow this road until you pass under the railway bridge. The first driveway on your left after the bridge is the entrance to Maurice's Garden.
